Jennifer Sachs is a compassionate, understanding healer. Her Medical & Public Health knowledge, Chinese Herbalism training, and Intuitive Energy work have helped me greatly, through times of illness and depression. She also has guided me in making changes to my daily routine, which I have profoundly, benefited from. As a Natural Healing Practitioner myself, I would recommend Jen to anyone looking to make healthy shifts in their lives.

Working with Jen has been a life changing experience for me. After going through some pretty rough medical issues, I was looking to heal my body, mind and spirit. I contacted Jen and within a couple of sessions I started to feel better. Jen has provided me with a wealth of information on transforming to a holistic lifestyle, as well as helping me clearly define my personal goals. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about her work and inspiring to be around. After a few hospital stays and several doctors visits, it was refreshing to have someone come into the comfort of my own home and shed some light on a lot of medical and nutritional information for me.

I am really pleased with the results of my nutritional counseling session with Jen this summer. I had thought about contacting her for quite a while because, as a pecto-vegetarian, I wanted to make sure I was getting enough nutrition. I had always liked her friendly, confident, knowledgeable and relaxed approach but had never made the time to work with her as a professional. When we finally got together, she came to my home, listened intently to all of my health issues, and proceeded to recommend whole, delicious, natural foods, as well as exercise and deep breathing techniques. This was exactly what I needed because, up until about 6 months before working with Jen, I had been taking 12 or more vitamins a day and had decided to quit and concentrate on real food instead. As a 40-year student of “health foods,” I thought I knew a lot but Jen made many delightful, creative suggestions that were new to me. When she heard I liked to swim, she told me about a nearby, free outdoor pool and offered tips on the least busy times and where the shade could be found. I came away from our session impressed not only with Jen’s large knowledge base, her fun and positive attitude and personal touch, but also with her remarkable vitality, enthusiasm, intuition, and her sense of concern and follow-up. She genuinely cares about your health. I highly recommend her as an invaluable nutritional coach/consultant.

I own a hula hoop company which can, of course, be fun but the business end of it is just as stressful as any corporate structure. Jen's counseling not only has helped me through stressful times but has reshaped my awareness and direction. Talking with her always revives my goals and mental-emotional capacity . Even without all of her skills, I believe she would be able to help anyone heal on any level due to the person that she is. She sees in many dimensions and is way beyond a 'text book' healer, life coach and teacher. She is a friend to all, who knows the human spirit, how it can be easily broken and how to fix it.

At a time when I was suffering from horrible stomach pains and a myriad of unexplained symptoms that doctors never were able to diagnose, I turned to Jenn for help and guidance. She helped me explore holistic ways to ease my pain and turn my negative experience into a life changing healing process. I have changed some of my eating habits and I'm using natural approaches to improve my life. Thanks to Jenn my life has turned a positive direction and I'm on my way to a painfree existence!

As a woman who went through many changes and transitions in 2009, Jen has been motivational, supportive, provided feedback, guidance and assured me that that I have the strength and courage to do anything I want or need to do. Jen’s focus on positive energy and the power of positive thinking has truly impacted and helped ease a painful and difficult year, as well as make me realize that I am a stronger person for it.

Jennifer Sachs and I met when she was my counselor on my high school trip to Israel. She helped me truly to appreciate the people and the scenery, to be present in my surroundings, to make the most of my experience. And, because I was far from home, it was so comforting to have a woman around to hug me, to fix my glasses when they broke in the desert, and to help me remember my reasons for being there. Jen has kept in touch with me since then. I remember running in to her in Audubon Park, seeing her at Temple, and joining her yoga class at the JCC for a time. We recently have become close again and Jen exemplifies a good friend. She is healing in all that she does from making a healthy lunch to listening to my own search for spirituality and wholeness. Her honesty inspires me and her love supports me.

Jen is a wonderful wellness coach who has very positively impacted my life. She did not merely offer me "one-size fits all" platitudes, but instead, really took the time to get to know me and understand my specific situation. Her enthusiasm and never-ending positivity really helped me to make the changes she was suggesting.

Working with Jen has taught me to see things differently. She's taught me to better understand and love myself, as well as to see connections in my life that I was not aware of. She's provided strength at times of weakness, is incredibly, intuitive, and has amazing listening skills. Jen sees where you are not in touch with yourself and guides you back with compassion and wisdom as if she's maybe lived 100 or so years more than the rest of us.
